At least one of the doctors must be an orthopedic surgeon, at least one must be a minority physician, and there must be four other properly qualified physicians.

If your employer has posted the Panel of Physicians and has explained it to you, then you need to select a doctor from the Panel. However, if your employer does not have the Panel posted and/or has not explained it to you, you might be able to treat with a doctor of your choice.
